Purchasing A Puli...

Litters Planned 2016-17: We have made plans for our next new arrivals. Please e-mail us with your puppy enquiry...

Here at Rustufarion we are devoted to raising beautiful, healthy, affectionate Puli puppies and making them available to responsible dog owners. As breeders we are constantly striving to produce the best quality Pulis in soundness, type and temperament.  We breed versatile Pulis that have performed at the highest levels in a variety of disciplines, including Show, Obedience, Agility, Flyball and Herding. However, first and foremost, our dogs are loyal and loving companions.

Hungarian Puli puppies when newborn are fat solid lumps with a coat that looks and feels like velvet, the coat continues to grow and by the time puppies are eight weeks old they have an adorable fluffy coat. All Puli puppies at Rustufarion have been black. Our puppies are lovingly raised in our home for the first 4 to 5 weeks until they are up on their feet, and then move outdoors to begin adventuring and exploring under our supervision. Our pulis are well socialised from an early age and, naturally, receive daily attention.

Puppies from Rustufarion are registered with Dogs NSW and those going to pet homes are registered on the limited register.  By the time our puppies leave for their new homes they have been thoroughly checked by our veterinarian, micro-chipped, vaccinated and wormed regularly. You will also receive a puppy pack with loads of information for you. We utilise the most current veterinary testing and research to ensure our Pulis are happy and healthy.

We strongly suggest that if you are interested in having a Puli as a companion, that before making a final decision, you make every effort to meet some adult Pulis. Visitors are welcome to come and visit our property, or meet up with us at a show. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our dogs and the breed, particularly if you have not owned a Puli before.

Before any puppy is sold, we prefer that prospective owners take the time to come and visit our Puli gang wherever possible.  This means you can get to know the temperament of our Pulis and this gives us an idea of the type of puppy that will best suit you.  We can also discuss grooming requirements and other Puli needs at this time.

Once you have made a visit and agree that a Puli is a suitable choice of companion, we will place you on our waiting list.  Once a litter has been born we will contact prospective owners and at that point discuss if the timing is appropriate and if so make further arrangements.

We have lots of information about the breed and our dogs on our website, so please have a look around!

Send us an e-mail if you would like to make an enquiry. We can be contacted at info@rustufarion.com
